Terms of Service — Octagonl

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Octagonl platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Octagonl provides a suite of software-as-a-service applications including but not limited to content creation, social intelligence, music production, video generation, and security validation tools. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Use the Services to infringe on intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Octagonl and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using our tools remains yours, subject to any third-party AI provider terms.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octagonl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
